BOOKINGS

Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that's why we have a cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with. To secure your appointment, a $100 Booking Fee is required, which will be deducted from the total cost on the day.

 

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call within the "notice period" (48 HOURS for PERTH, 7 DAYS for GERALDTON), and your Booking Fee will either be refunded or used to secure a future appointment.

If providing less time than the notice period, the Booking Fee will be forfeited.

To secure another appointment a new Booking Fee will be required.

ARRIVAL TIME / LATE ARRIVAL

We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment (sometimes up to 3 hours), which prevents other clients booking in.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow some time to settle in, go to the toilet, and sign a form if required.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply.

NO-SHOW POLICY

You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment or cancel/reschedule within the notice period. In this instance the Booking Fee will be forfeited. 

To secure another appointment a new Booking Fee will be required.

In the event you no-show twice, the full cost of the service must be paid in advance.
